Expo Offices
Area and Pavilion offices are located conveniently around the grounds. The chairman of each office and the staff (all volunteers) are there to assist you with any necessary services (forklifts, issuing equipment, carry-out authorization permits, information, etc.).

World Ag Expo volunteers cordially invite you to enjoy complimentary coffee and donuts within one of our four exhibitor lounges sponsored by Ag Source Magazine. These complimentary facilities are intended to be used by you for business meetings and relaxation. You may also send faxes from these locations. Please join us!

This center is operated by the Exhibitor Relations Committee as a service to our exhibitors who need questions answered. The center also distributes exhibitor name badges.

Temporary Worker Badges
PLEASE NOTE: In order to better secure the exhibit sites during pre-expo set-up, World Ag Expo requires ALL EXHIBITORS AND WORKERS to wear badges beginning on official outside exhibitor move-in day, Monday, January 25.
- Exhibitors and workers may obtain Temporary Worker Badges from security at Gate 6. (These badges will be specific to the day.) There is no cost for these Temporary Worker Badges and no limit.
- These badges are not valid for expo entrance during official expo days— Tuesday, February 9 through Thursday, February 11, 2010.
- BEGINNING MONDAY, JANUARY 25, BADGES ARE REQUIRED FOR GROUNDS ADMITTANCE.
Digital Registration
In 2008, World Ag Expo Staff became one the of the very first agriculture expos to collect attendee information by utilizing a digital registration system.
