Official World Ag Expo Export Directory
World Ag Expo staff produce an Export Directory to assist attendees in connecting with exhibiting companies interested in exporting their products and services. This full color directory contains business listings with company name, contact name, address, website url and phone and fax numbers. In addition, the directory has a comprehensive list of United States Federal and California State government contacts for export related information.

Other Companies within your Space
Registration fee $300
World Ag Expo Exhibitors:
If other companies (i.e. parent companies, manufacturers , manufacturers reps, etc.) are exhibiting from your contracted space they must be registered via the exhibitor contract form.pdf. At the top of the contract there is a box that says add "Other Company". Check the box and fill-out the contract as you would if you were the primary exhibitor. The city of Tulare states each participant must pay an Itinerant Revenue Fee to display and theState Board of Equalization must have sales information. The city of Tulare fee is included in the $300 exhibit charge.
All forms must be returned on or before October 15, 2010, to have the secondary company listed in the official World Ag Expo Magazine and Show Guide.
SPACE ASSIGNMENT REQUEST
Returning World Ag Expo exhibitors receive First Right of Refusal on all previously occupied spaces from the 2010 Expo until May 31, 2010. After the deadline, World Ag Expo staff will begin filling space assignment requests in the order that they are received. To request an exhibit space in a particular area, check the box labeled "new" or "expanding" on the "Request for Exhibit Space" contract and fill-out the form with the exhibit space details.
All requests for "new exhibit space" or "expanding exhibit space," must be accompanied with payment for the space assignment request to be processed. Once processed, perspective exhibitors will be contracted with space availability to determine a fi nal exhibit location.

Temporary Event Health Permits
The following guidelines must be adhered to by all World Ag Expo exhibitors/vendors:
- Temporary event permits will be required if the vendor is One offering samples of a food product they market, or Two if "courtesy" food is given out to the public that is nonpackaged, or Three the food product is considered a "potentially hazardous food" as defi ned by the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law (CURFFL).
- Temporary event permits will NOT be required if non-opened, pre-packaged, non-potentially hazardous food is offered as a courtesy and is not representative of a product they are marketing.
- Home prepared/cooked food products are NOT allowed to be given away or sold to the public. Home baked cookies, cakes, etc. fall into this category.

You must comply with the Tulare County Health Department's requirements or risk being shut down.
