World Ag Expo attendees ride away with valuable registration prizes
Attendees who registered for World Ag Expo 2010 were automatically entered to win one of the three registration prizes: a Massey Ferguson 2680 HD, a Yamaha Rhino 700 FI 4x4 and Free Fuel for a Year from Fleet Card Fuel.

The first day of the expo, Gabriel Lopez of Oakley, Calif., won the use of a new Massey Ferguson 2680 HD utility tractor for one year, on a standard or low-profile model, 97 horsepower engine. Lopez plans to use the tractor, which retails for up to $8,000, on his family’s table grape operation. He and his very excited son arrived the next day to claim their prize at World Ag Expo. Massey Ferguson was the official transportation provider for World Ag Expo's People Mover Trams, which were pulled by the new 1600 Series compact tractors. On the second day of World Ag Expo, the odds of winning were steeper as more attendees registered to win. Robert Devalentine of Rio Oso, Calif., was the lucky winner of the 2010 Yamaha Rhino 700 FI 4x4. “I’ve never won anything in my life!” said a very excited Devalentine. He planned to use it on his ranch, where he grows rice, walnuts, almonds and wheat. Devalentine, a regular attendee at World Ag Expo, has made many purchases over the years, including a double trailer and walnut haulers. “As a rice farmer in Northern California, I find that the Yamaha Rhino is much more convenient than a truck when changing irrigation on the contour,” said Devalentine. “The Rhino is perfectly designed for work like this.” For more information about the Yamaha Rhino, visit Yamahaoutdoors.com.

On the final day of the expo, Max Butcher from Chandler, Ariz., won “Free Fuel for a Year,” from Fleet Card Fuels. In addition, the lucky winner also received a pre-programmed TomTom Navigation unit to find over 100 Fleet Card Fuel locations in California. “What could be better than Free Fuel for a Year?” Butcher said. “I’ll save enough to get back to World Ag Expo in 2011.” For more information about the Fleet Card Fuels, visit calagfuels.com.
