2010 World Ag Expo Seminar Videos

Over the three days of World Ag Expo an immeasurable amount of information is shared on the 2.6 million square feet of show grounds. From the Farm Credit Dairy Center to steps of the heritage complex, World Ag Expo attendees visit the expo to learn about new products and technologies shaping the agricultural industry. Over 60 agriculture seminars in 8 categories were hosted at last year's event. A sample of the seminars are listed below. Speaker: Gary Martin, D.T. Locke Ranch

Gary, a graduate of CSU Fresno, was involved in agricultural equipment manufacturing and technology, prior to joining the Locke family farm 20 years ago. Combining his interest in new equipment innovations and the family’s willingness to pursue new ventures beneficial to agriculture, Gary oversaw the installation of a PV power generation and solar water pumping project that in 2002 was the largest solar powered ag water well in the world.

Dealing with the stress, being prepared for the situation, and turning the loss into an opportunity can help anyone not only survive but thrive through losing a job.
