The pavilion will feature a series of sessions, panels, and networking opportunities that highlight innovative practices, leadership, and the growing influence of women in the agricultural industry.
The Women’s Conference Pavilion will provide a platform for engaging discussions led by industry leaders. Sessions will cover a range of topics designed to foster collaboration, encourage growth, and showcase the expertise and leadership of women in agriculture.

- California Ag Tech Leadership Session: State leaders in government and education will come together to discuss the latest advancements in agricultural technology and their impact on California’s farming future.

- Leading With Purpose: Hosted by United Ag, this session will highlight the power of purpose-driven leadership and celebrate the influential women leading change in the agricultural sector.
The Pavilion will also feature a coffee lounge, sponsored by 4Creeks, Inc, providing session attendees the opportunity to enjoy a beverage while engaging in discussions and networking. In addition, the pavilion will host private events for organizations to connect with fellow industry professionals, share ideas, and build valuable connections.
